Hair Bleaching Powder

900 gr

Non-volatile blue powder. Lightens up to 7 levels.

Versatile, easy-to-mix formula also allows for total bleaching. It does not swell and maintains an optimal degree of humidity during application.

Application: foils use.

Mix: 1:2 with 5/10/20/30 volumes PBF Developer.

Exposure time*: From 30 to 45 minutes (visual check after the first 20 minutes)
