Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Returns of used or opened items are not accepted due to hygiene standards.

Simply log in to your Prohair.ca account, visit your order history, and select the item(s) to return.

Print the return label and ship it back to us.
Note: Returns must be shipped within Canada.
Who Pays Return Shipping?

If you're returning an item for personal reasons, the return shipping cost is yours to cover.

If we made a mistake (wrong item, damaged item, etc.), we’ll cover the full cost, including shipping.
Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

HOW TO USE
- Easy to use, even without the need for heat or styling. After Party can be used to finish your look by applying a small amount through dry hair. Either leave hair to air dry or blow dry hair. Applicable to either long and short hair.
