Simply log in to your Prohair.ca account, visit your order history, and select the item(s) to return.

Print the return label and ship it back to us.
Note: Returns must be shipped within Canada.
Who Pays Return Shipping?

If you're returning an item for personal reasons, the return shipping cost is yours to cover.

If we made a mistake (wrong item, damaged item, etc.), we’ll cover the full cost, including shipping.
Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Good for: To amplify or hold texture in curly hair. To create lift and definition for all other hair types.
How to: Shake well and spray evenly onto damp hair. On all hair types: spray at the roots and blow out for volume at the crown and at the ends to define. For curls: once dried, break into it.
