You have 14 days from the delivery date to return any item for any reason.

Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Returns of used or opened items are not accepted due to hygiene standards.
How to Initiate a Return

Simply log in to your Prohair.ca account, visit your order history, and select the item(s) to return.

Print the return label and ship it back to us.
Note: Returns must be shipped within Canada.
Who Pays Return Shipping?

If you're returning an item for personal reasons, the return shipping cost is yours to cover.

If we made a mistake (wrong item, damaged item, etc.), we’ll cover the full cost, including shipping.
Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Gifts, Promotions & Freebies

Items received as part of a promotion must be returned with the original order.

Refunds

All refunds go back to the original payment method.

ISO's exclusive, patented, thio-free formula utilizes Isoamine, a naturally derived waving agent. Isoamine penetrates more deeply and evenly into the hair than conventional waving agents without aggressively lifting the cuticle. Since the internal structure and integrity of the hair is not disrupted, there is no need for conditioning additives that can hinder the perming process. The result is resilient curls and healthy hair.
