Print the return label and ship it back to us.
Note: Returns must be shipped within Canada.
Who Pays Return Shipping?

If you're returning an item for personal reasons, the return shipping cost is yours to cover.

If we made a mistake (wrong item, damaged item, etc.), we’ll cover the full cost, including shipping.
Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

How to Use
This lightweight, volumizing conditioner is designed to add body and fullness to fine, flat, color-treated hair while keeping it hydrated without weighing it down.
Step 1: Shampoo First
- For best results, wash your hair with Pureology Pure Volume Shampoo to cleanse and prep hair for volume enhancement.
- Rinse thoroughly to remove all shampoo residue.
Step 2: Remove Excess Water
- Gently squeeze out excess water from your hair before applying the conditioner.
- This helps prevent dilution and ensures deeper absorption of the conditioning ingredients.
Step 3: Apply Conditioner
- Dispense a quarter-sized amount (adjust for hair length).
- Apply evenly from mid-lengths to ends—avoid applying directly to the roots to maintain volume.
Step 4: Distribute & Detangle
- Use fingers or a wide-tooth comb to evenly spread the conditioner and detangle hair while it's still wet.
- Ensure all strands are coated for maximum hydration.
Step 5: Let It Absorb
- Leave the conditioner on for 1-2 minutes for daily hydration.
- For extra conditioning, leave it on for up to 5 minutes before rinsing.
Step 6: Rinse Thoroughly
- Use cool or lukewarm water to rinse out the conditioner completely.
- This helps seal the cuticle, enhance shine, and maintain hair’s lightweight feel.
