Note: Returns must be shipped within Canada.
Who Pays Return Shipping?

If you're returning an item for personal reasons, the return shipping cost is yours to cover.

If we made a mistake (wrong item, damaged item, etc.), we’ll cover the full cost, including shipping.

How to Use
This sulfate-free, anti-frizz shampoo is designed for frizz-prone, color-treated hair, providing smoothness, hydration, and color protection.
Step 1: Wet Your Hair
- Use lukewarm water to open the cuticle for a thorough cleanse and better absorption of key ingredients like Camellia Oil & Shea Butter.
Step 2: Apply Shampoo
- Dispense a dime-sized amount for short hair or a quarter-sized amount for longer/thicker hair.
- Apply directly to the scalp and roots, where oils and buildup accumulate the most.
Step 3: Lather & Massage
- Gently massage your scalp with circular motions to create a rich lather.
- Work the shampoo through the mid-lengths and ends to cleanse the entire hair shaft.
Step 4: Rinse Thoroughly
- Rinse with cool or lukewarm water to remove all shampoo residue while helping to smooth the cuticle and enhance shine.
Step 5: Repeat if Needed
- If hair has excess oil, buildup, or styling product residue, repeat the process for a deeper cleanse.
Step 6: Follow with Conditioner
- Use Pureology Smooth Perfection Conditioner for added moisture, frizz control, and protection.
- Apply from mid-lengths to ends, leave on for 1-3 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
Post-Wash Care & Styling
For Best Results:
✔ Towel-dry gently to avoid friction that can cause frizz.
✔ Apply Pureology Smooth Perfection Smoothing Lotion before styling to control frizz and provide heat protection.
✔ Use heat tools sparingly, and always apply a heat protectant before styling.
