Who should buy something else
Three honest limits.
If your hair is bleached to the point of elasticity loss, Strength Recovery is a care line, not a bond-builder. It will make the hair feel and behave better; it will not rebuild what is structurally gone. A dedicated bonding treatment is the right first purchase, with Biolage underneath it.
If your only concern is a mild, occasional flake, a $23.80 professional anti-dandruff shampoo is more than the problem needs. A drugstore anti-dandruff shampoo used correctly — with real contact time on the scalp — will usually do it.
