We want delivery information to be clear before you place an order.

Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping options and delivery estimates

Available shipping methods, delivery estimates, and charges are shown at checkout before payment is completed. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and may vary by carrier, destination, weather, and other circumstances outside our control.

Tracking

When an order ships, we send a shipping confirmation with tracking details when available.

Address changes

Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to change. We can only make changes before an order has shipped.

Delivery issues

If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, first check the delivery address, nearby safe locations, and with household members. Then contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can help investigate.
