Does every product receive a discount?
No. Pro pricing applies to eligible products and varies by brand, product and level. Low-margin, clearance, special-order or restricted items can be excluded.
When do my points count?
Points clear 30 days after eligible fulfillment so returns and refunds can be reflected. Qualification uses a rolling 12-month window.
Can I also use a promotional code?
Professional pricing does not stack with consumer codes, routine discounts, sale pricing or other offers unless expressly stated.
How long does approval take?
We target a decision or clarification request within one business day. Incomplete applications can take longer.
Can I purchase for resale?
That depends on your account type and each brand’s applicable product rules. Approval does not override brand requirements.
