SexyHair sorts itself into four ranges. Get the range right and the product choice inside it is easy. This is the two-minute version — if you want the full product-by-product breakdown, read the complete SexyHair buying guide.
Start with the problem, not the bottle
“My hair goes flat.” → BIG
16 products, all pointed at volume. Start with Root Pump ($27.00) on damp roots before you blow-dry. Add Powder Play ($26.50) on dry roots when it drops during the day.
“I need it to hold, or I need texture I can feel.” → STYLE
13 products: gels from medium to hard, matte pastes and waxes, curl products, and the Protect Me heat protectant ($25.25). Short hair almost always belongs here.
“My hair is dry, frizzy or breaking and I still style it.” → HEALTHY
6 products. Tri-Wheat Leave-In ($24.50) on damp hair, Love Oil ($27.75) or Smooth & Seal ($26.50) to finish.
“I want it to look undone.” → TEXTURE
4 products, all grit and no polish: Foam Party, Beach'n Spray, Surfer Girl and High Tide.
One thing the ranges will not do for you
There is no SexyHair shampoo or rinse-out conditioner on the current Henkel Canada form — the wash-and-treat range came off the July 2026 price list. The only two care items left are the Tri-Wheat Leave-In and the BIG Dry Shampoo. Pair the brand with whatever shampoo you already use.
