How to choose

Nail files: grit and shape

Choose grit for the nail material and service stage, then shape for access. Colour-coded cushion files span 80/80 to 240/240; white files offer 100/100 or 100/180; the blue file combines 120/320. Mini Shorty 240/240 comes as a single or bulk pack. Glass is a separate reusable format, supplied here as 12 per drum.

Buffing and high-gloss finishing

A120/120 slim block is a preparation abrasive, not the final gloss step. Compare the durable 100/180/180 and 320/320/320 blocks with the colour-sequenced smooth/buff/polish buffer. High Gloss is available as a slim file or a wider block for the finishing gesture.

Prep and removal consumables

Choose stick length and tip shape for the preparation task. Foil wraps already carry absorbent pads and come 100 per box; lint-free wipes are the separate cleaning consumable. Match removal products and timing to the coating system being removed rather than assuming one soak time fits every gel.

Your questions, answered

Are finishing blocks the same as prep blocks?
No. The 120/120 slim block is a preparation abrasive, while High Gloss is a finishing choice. Compare the stated grit and stage instead of choosing only by block shape.
What does the Twilight listing include?
It is the complete display of 16 sets. Each set has four mini tweezers and a pouch; the listing does not sell one individual pouch at the display price.
