Schorem is the Rotterdam barbershop behind the Reuzel grooming line, built around classic men's cutting. Its barber scissor is made in Japan by Mizutani — both marks are stamped on the blade — and ProHair carries it in two lengths, 6 inch and 6.5 inch.
It is a straight-edge cutting shear: reinforced blades and sturdy handles for a stable grip, a flat adjustment screw that keeps the pivot low over the comb, and straight edges that take a compact, tight cut for outlines, blunt lines and scissor-over-comb.

It is made in Japan by Mizutani for Schorem; both the Schorem and Mizutani marks are stamped on the blade.
Which length should I choose?
The 6 inch is the all-round barber length and the easiest to control on detail. The 6.5 inch has a longer edge for faster scissor-over-comb on the sides, back and top.
Is it a thinning shear?
No. It is a straight-edge cutting shear. Pair it with a thinning shear for texture and weight removal.
Is it available in left-handed?
Not at ProHair. Both lengths are standard right-handed shears.
How do I keep it sharp?
