We want you to love every purchase from Prohair.ca. If not, no worries — we've made returns as easy and transparent as possible.

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return any item for any reason.

Products must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Returns of used or opened items are not accepted due to hygiene standards.
How to Initiate a Return

Simply log in to your Prohair.ca account, visit your order history, and select the item(s) to return.

Print the return label and ship it back to us.
Note: Returns must be shipped within Canada.
Who Pays Return Shipping?

If you're returning an item for personal reasons, the return shipping cost is yours to cover.

If we made a mistake (wrong item, damaged item, etc.), we’ll cover the full cost, including shipping.
Non-Returnable Items Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

Items received as part of a promotion must be returned with the original order.

Refunds

What it is
How to Use it
- Insert the barrel of the hair dryer into the end of the DevaFuser.
- Push the DevaFuser onto the hair dryer gently, making sure that it's firmly attached. Do not push it past the silicone band and the four Horizontal Vents above the band. These vents must remain unobstructed at all times.
- Turn the hair dryer on. Set the heat to low or medium temperature. Lower temperatures are gentler on curls and will reinforce all of the benefits of using the DevaFuser (more shine, less frizz, and more natural texture).
- Do not use more than medium heat as overheating can cause damage to both the hair dryer and the diffuser.
- Begin by holding the DevaFuser near the scalp to dry the roots first. Then, cradle the ends of curls in the DevaFuser and bring it up to the scalp so the hair is “scrunched” in the DevaFuser, and hold.
- To remove the DevaFuser, grasp above the band and pull gently to separate from the hair dryer.
